Absolutely every detail from our physical school, to our environment, the people that comprise our community is built painstakingly by the hands of the people who choose to be a part of it. No investors. No celebrities. No franchises or affiliations, no corporate profit models. Real things aren't perfect, but In a society that rewards immediate gratification and constant, unearned pleasure, we choose to pursue growth. Physically, mentally, and spiritually. On the easy days or the hard days, we push the rock up the hill, (sisyphus reference) and that makes all the days good days.
